Although Quince Cheese has almost nothing in common with cheese, there is one important thing: it pairs wonderfully with cheeses.
This delicious jelly, made from the fragrant fruits of the common quince, was known to our grandmothers. Besides pairing with cheeses, it also delights with whipped cream or in a punch.
Tip on how to use the cheese:
Quince Cheese pairs excellently with hard cheeses like Parmesan or Manchego. It also enhances fruit salads beautifully or can be served as a dessert with whipped cream.
