The growing popularity of pear brandy prompted the company RUDOLF JELÍNEK to invest in South American Chile, a country that is one of the largest producers of Williams pears in the world, where it started its own production of pear brandy. The distillate is then transported to Vizovice, where its final processing and packaging take place.

At the request of customers, we have also prepared a kosher variant of Williams pear brandy produced under the supervision of the Jewish Orthodox Union. Adhering to strict production rules is also a necessary condition for obtaining a "kosher certificate". Thanks to special technological processes, a large share of manual labor, and the skill of the Vizovice distillers, an exclusive product reaches the customer.
