The Mediterranean way of eating and living, which UNESCO has protected as intangible cultural heritage, is one of the best in the world. Statistically, our part of Slovenia has the lowest rate of cardiovascular diseases. Olive oil plays the most important role here, as do the crops, herbs, and wild herbs. Since around the year 2000, we have been striving to pass on our knowledge and experience at our homestead. We are a didactic farm and prepare thematic workshops both at home\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eand abroad. This year's series of workshops will focus on several different topics. We are proud of our nature, as each season has its own charm. Wild asparagus heralds spring, the diligent dogs of our friends sniff out even the most hidden truffles, and we gather dandelion throughout the year, as there is plenty of wild-growing. The workshops are conducted in Slovenian, English, or Italian. A workshop is held if at least 5 people are registered.
