Our anchovies are handmade, one by one, in Santoña, a town known for its fishing tradition. This meticulous artisanal process has been passed down since 1940.
Our ingredients are 100% natural: high-quality anchovies, olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt. The result is a unique flavor and a delicate texture that melts in your mouth.
Keep this treasure of the sea in your refrigerator between +5°C and +12°C. If, upon taking it out, the oil appears semi-solid due to low temperature, simply leave it at room temperature for a few minutes and it will return to its liquid state.
