The sausage, with its characteristics, belongs to the type of Hungarian sausages. The harmony of flavors is created by a combination of paprika, chili, mustard, and Jamaican rum. The sausage is pleasantly spicy. For the production of 100 kg of sausage, we used 150 kg of pork meat.
Store the sausages in a cool environment, preferably hanging, where air circulates slightly - for example, in a ventilated cellar or chamber. Their aroma develops best at room temperature. The one-kilogram packaging of sausages is equipped with a protective atmosphere. After opening, we recommend consuming within 10 days.
