The wide aroma is complemented by oils from other carefully selected varieties. The taste of the oil is fresh and fruity, with pronounced bitterness and medium spiciness. There are green and fruity aromas reminiscent of olive leaves, aromatic herbs, apple, artichoke, tomato leaves, and freshly mown grass. Bitterness and spiciness are nicely balanced and intertwine with the flavor of sweet almond. The oil is harmonious and offers a wide range of aromatic perceptions.
