Gin is quick money… you could almost say that you can offer it to your customers immediately after distillation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe approached it differently; after we had a twenty-year-old whiskey in our offer, we produced our first gin under the GOLDCOCK brand. But it makes similar sense. When our fruit fermentation and distillation season ends, the juniper season follows, which usually lasts one and a half months. After that, a two-month whiskey distillation season begins. Both of these excellently fill part of the year when fruit is not available and our distillery would be idle.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eJuniper has been distilled in our factory for over one hundred and twenty years. So, we have the experience… Gin with its other botanicals has been produced at R. JELÍNEK since the seventies. Its production ended only at the end of the nineties when gin sales in the Czech Republic were dominated by gins from Great Britain.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWild sloe brandy has also been one of the favorite products of our distillery for many years. Only fruits that have been left on the bushes through the first frosts are processed, which is a condition for the resulting pleasant taste.
