How it can help
Olive oil infused with comfrey has a number of beneficial effects due to the combination of the moisturizing and healing properties of both ingredients. Here are some of the main benefits:
- Regeneration and healing: Comfrey oil supports the growth of new skin cells and accelerates the healing process. It helps restore damaged skin and promotes the formation of healthy tissue.
- Hydration and nourishment of the skin: Olive oil is rich in vitamins (especially E and K), antioxidants, and essential fatty acids that hydrate and nourish the skin. The macerate helps keep the skin hydrated, improves its elasticity, and promotes a healthy appearance. It is suitable for dry and sensitive skin.
- Suitable after strenuous activities: The oil is appreciated by your joints and muscles, making it suitable after strenuous activities or sports. It is a great aid for enjoying every movement. Ideal for use in your own home massages.
- Very mild scent: The oil has only a very faint scent due to the content of olive oil and comfrey herb, purely the scent of the natural macerate. This means it does not irritate the skin; on the contrary, it helps soothe sensitive and irritated skin.
- Bath for exhausted body: By adding a few drops of oil to warm water while filling the bathtub, you can create a bath for exhausted muscles and joints, which also beautifully calms the skin after a demanding day. The oil in the water helps effectively hydrate the skin, while also softening it and leaving it beautifully supple.
- Practical use: All our oils are sold in bottles with droppers, allowing for very easy application exactly where you need it. There is no risk of spilling a large amount of oil at once; instead, you can drip exactly how much is needed. This application method makes the oil last longer and is also a much more hygienic way.
The macerate of comfrey in olive oil is an effective means of natural skin care. It combines the beneficial effects of comfrey and the nourishing effects of olive oil, bringing a number of advantages for skin health.
