Kabaret Svinjon 2025 is our slightly playful departure from the indigenous Refošk. The Cabernet Sauvignon from excellent grapes in the Strunjan Landscape Park area showcases how full, ripe, and expressive red wine from Slovenian Istria can be.

The Strunjan location combines sunshine, proximity to the sea, and a long growing season. Warmer vintages of Cabernet help achieve full ripeness, making Slovenian Istria today offer exceptional conditions for this world variety.

Refošk remains the heart of our red wine story, while Kabaret Svinjon opens a slightly different perspective on Slovenian Istria. It is not an imitation of another region, but a Cabernet that speaks with an Istrian accent.

Serving
