MONASTIC prosciutto is a delicacy among prosciuttos, lovingly crafted the Italian way and made from selected pork meat. The production process takes several months, and its flavor pleasure, smoked with beech wood, is enhanced by juniper, garlic, pepper, coriander, bay leaf, chili, ginger, and cinnamon. It will become a perfect adornment for platters, buffets, and sandwiches, and pairs wonderfully with fresh soft cheeses in combination with refreshing sparkling wines.
The prosciutto is vacuum packed. After unwrapping, store the prosciutto in a cool environment, preferably hung where air flows gently.
