Very delicate honey wine with a pleasant aroma. The delicate honey wine with a pleasant aroma is a perfect combination of sweet honey and the taste of walnuts. Traditional honest honey wine from Nivnice. Elisa has been produced according to the original family recipe since 1973. It is made from the best Czech honeys using a non-thermal process to preserve all the significant substances of bee honey. After fermentation, it matures in deep air-conditioned cellars. Its base is honey and water treated with Bio Control System technology. A blend of herbs and spices then gives the honey wine its unmistakable taste.

Refreshing in summer, warming in winter. Honey wine can be consumed chilled or heated. In the summer months, it refreshes wonderfully when served at a temperature of 12-16 degrees Celsius. In winter, we heat the honey wine in an uncovered container to a maximum temperature of 50 to 60 degrees Celsius so that it does not boil. We can add a slice of lemon to both cold and warm honey wine.
