Smoked Mustard with Bacon - This coarse mustard is made from two types of mustard seeds, yellow and brown, which are smoked before being pickled. Small pieces of roasted bacon are then added to the finished mustard.
The mustard is suitable for cold cuts, in mayonnaise, sauces, for marinating and seasoning meat. It also wonderfully enhances vegetable salad.
