Although the production of plum brandy has dominated here for centuries, apricot brandy has had its firm place in South Moravia since the 19th century. The company RUDOLF JELÍNEK thus builds on many years of experience and traditional production methods, which, combined with modern technologies, create distillates of the highest quality.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe basis for the production of apricot brandy is carefully matured apricot mash, in which the pits remain during the aging process. These give the distillate its characteristic subtly almond tone and pleasant structure.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor maximum development of flavor and aroma, we recommend serving apricot brandy at room temperature.
