Therefore, in \u003cstrong\u003e2003\u003c\/strong\u003e, we continued the fruit-growing tradition and \u003cstrong\u003estarted planting our own plum orchards on the southern slope of the Vizovice valley\u003c\/strong\u003e, in an area called Těchlov. We always harvest the plums by individual varieties and must distill them in the same way. After at least a year and a half of aging, we select one distillate together with members of the Friends of Jelínek's Plum Brandy Association, which we bottle as the anniversary, limited Vizovice Plum Brandy R. JELÍNEK.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe started the production\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eof Vizovice Plum Brandy in 2008.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eSince 2021\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, we have also been bringing to the market the results of our experiments\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ein the form of\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e single cask editions.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe always harvest the plums by individual varieties and must distill them in the same way.
