Therefore, in 2003, we continued the fruit-growing tradition and began planting our own plum orchards on the southern slope of the Vizovice valley, in an area called Těchlov. After five years, we harvested the first crop of Vizovice plums and started a new tradition – the production of a limited series of Vizovice Plum Brandy R. JELÍNEK.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe always harvest the plums by individual varieties and must distill them in the same way. After at least a year and a half of aging, we select one distillate together with the members of the Friends of Jelínek's Plum Brandy Association, which we bottle as the anniversary, limited Vizovice Plum Brandy R.
