Rectangle of lean beef, marinated. Very original flavor. While tuna tataki is well-known, creating this product with beef has been a great experience. We accompany it with a bag of ready-made pistachio praline, so you can place it at the base of the dish, and if you have pistachio powder on top, it will look fantastic. The result is a spectacular dish, worthy of great chefs, and you can cook it at home very easily by applying the praline on the plate with a brush, cooking the tataki for 10" on each of the 4 sides, and slicing it into 16 thin pieces to achieve the perfect texture.
