Apricots form a full, smooth base. Lemon juice and zest bring a fresh contrast, keeping the fruity flavor vibrant.
Pepper, Tonka, and chili are used in small amounts: they do not overpower the fruit but gradually develop the aroma and a slightly spicy finish. Don Papa rum rounds off the entire flavor combination.
How to Enjoy It
- Dissolve 1–2 tablespoons in 200–250 ml of hot water
- for a cold version, add water, ice, and a strip of lemon zest
- offer as a more pronounced conclusion to dinner or as an original small gift
