ACTION AND APPLICATION: Internal use is related to cramps and inflammatory diseases of the stomach and intestines. PREPARATION: External use: Pour 3 - 10 g (1 - 4 tablespoons) of the herb with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water and let it steep covered for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Use for gargling, rinsing, compresses, and inhalation. Internal use: Pour 3 g (1 tablespoon) of the herb with 150 ml (1 cup) of boiling water and let it steep covered for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Drink freshly prepared tea 3-4 times a day between meals. The daily dose for internal use is: 10-12 g.
