Each piece is rigorously selected, cut from the sirloin – an iconic tasting cut – and then aged in our cellars to reveal the aromatic richness of its breed and terroir. Box composition: Argentine Beef Sirloin - 300 g Simmental Beef Sirloin - 300 g IGP Angus Beef Sirloin - 300 g Jersey Beef Sirloin - 300 g Galician Beef Sirloin - 300 g Wagyu Beef Sirloin - 300 g Butcher's tip: Take your sirloins out of the cold at least 1 hour before cooking. For each piece, prefer a quick sear over high heat on each side, then let it rest under aluminum foil. A pinch of fleur de sel as a finishing touch will be enough to reveal all its complexity.
