Juicy gooseberry brings a lively fruity flavor with a pleasantly tart finish. The fermentation adds a subtle depth to the taste, and apple cider vinegar supports a fresh finish.
The concentrate allows you to prepare an elegant drink in no time and adjust its intensity to your own taste.
How to use it
- Mix 1 part of the concentrate with 8 parts of well-chilled sparkling water,
- for a more festive version, use prosecco or non-alcoholic sparkling wine,
- serve with ice and fresh fruit,
- a small amount can enhance mixed drinks and homemade lemonades.
Ingredients: gooseberry ferment 80% (gooseberry, water, apple cider vinegar, sugar), sugar 20%.
Content: 520 ml
Fruit content: Approximately 84 g of gooseberry was used for 100 g of finished syrup.
Recommended dilution: 1 : 8
Storage: Store at room temperature and avoid exposure to sunlight. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 7 days.
