Pure Balance is a thoughtful combination of two traditional green teas that complement each other.
Sencha (70%) brings a delicate freshness, a slightly grassy note, and a clean finish.
Chun Mee (30%) adds a light fullness, a gentle astringency, and a rounder structure.
The result is a harmonious blend with a balanced flavor profile that is:
-
suitable for everyday drinking
-
ideal as a light green tea
-
perfect as a base for homemade kombucha
The blend is designed to maintain a stable flavor even during longer fermentation, creating a clean, fresh profile without sharp bitterness.
