TALAIA KNIFE HANDIA is a Japanese-inspired knife, born in the Basque Country. A rustic tool knife that could have been used by a Basque shepherd.
It features the tip of the blade from L'HIGONOKAMI, which is a classic in Japanese cutlery.
This is a good-sized pocket Basque knife with a locking mechanism. It has a blade made of raw carbon steel.
The choice of carbon steel for this knife is obvious. It is the perfect marriage between cutting efficiency and a very rustic appearance like the blades of yesteryear.
The appearance of the blade will evolve over time and with use.
The handle is MADE OF MAMMOTH IVORY.
