Cut from the noble pieces of the shoulder and thigh, it provides a melting texture and an authentic taste, characteristic of high-quality butcher meats. Cut and tied in our workshop, this beef roast is suitable for both family meals and special occasions. Its meat is ideal for slow cooking in the oven, allowing for juicy and fragrant meat. Butcher's tip: take the roast out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. Bake at 200 °C for 15 minutes to sear it, then continue cooking at 170 °C for about 10 to 12 minutes per 500 g, depending on the desired doneness. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing for tender and even meat.
