How to make it Usucha (Thin Tea) Sift 1ā2 tsp into a bowl. Add 60 ml of 70ā80 Ā°C water. Whisk until a fine foam forms. Top with more water if you like. Iced / Latte tip: Whisk with a small splash of warm water first, then add cold water or your milk of choice.
