Olympia lid with a diameter of 28 cm, made of high-thickness 18/10 stainless steel, polished externally and satin-finished internally for easier daily cleaning. Designed to ensure a more secure grip, the knob is made from a rod of 18/10 stainless steel, bent in an arc and subsequently worked at the welded part to the body, making the weld more resistant to impacts. The highly arched shape of the handle makes it easy to grip and slows down overheating due to proximity to the pot body. Olympia is characterized by its voluptuous, rounded shape, with wide proportions, inviting and reassuring, resembling the pots of the past and elevating it to an archetype of kitchen utensils. The exterior is polished to a mirror finish, while the interior is finely satin-finished. Olympia is made of 18/10 stainless steel, with a very thick triple bottom, allowing it to be used for any type of cooking, including induction, and enhancing the characteristics of all culinary traditions: generous in function as well as form. Perfect for all cooking surfaces (induction, gas, electric plates, and ceramic glass). Olympia allows skilled cooks, cooking enthusiasts, and everyday users to experiment, even through this attractive shape, with a "well-rounded cooking" experience. Olympia enhances the typical characteristics of Serafino Zani's production: the use of high-quality, thick materials, great attention to detail and finishes, and the inclusion of the patented Zani thermodiffuser bottom, ensuring uniform heat conductivity and a consequent reduction in consumption. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, and the pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when using a pot made in Italy by Serafino Zani. Serafino Zani manufactures its pots in the company located in Lumezzane, Brescia, using exclusively high-quality stainless steel. The steel is used in all components and details and is always applied in generous thicknesses that guarantee constant heat distribution and durability over time. The pot features a special thermodiffuser bottom patented by Tarcisio Zani - USA patent 4204607 - consisting of a core of pure aluminum 'trapped' inside a double bottom of stainless steel. The use of this bottom allows for optimal heat distribution over the pot body with minimal energy expenditure, and the possibility of using utensils on gas, electric plates, ceramic glass, and induction. The edge of the pot has a coning that allows for very precise fitting of the lid, preventing steam from escaping quickly, wasting heat, and causing the lid to rattle. The handles of Serafino Zani are designed to significantly slow down heat transmission, paying attention to materials, shapes, and contact surfaces with the pot body. Specifically, the handles are made from a rod of 18/10 stainless steel, bent in an arc and subsequently worked at the welded part to the body, making the weld more resistant to impacts. The highly arched shape of the handles makes it easy to grip and slows down overheating due to proximity to the pot body. Love for well-made things, attention to the relationship between beauty and functionality of the object, and the pursuit of innovative and original design: this is perceived when holding a pot made in Italy by Serafino Zani. The package includes a 28 cm lid for Serafino Zani pot, saucepan, or frying pan, design model Olympia.
