Pinot Noir SUNSET 2022
Winemaker's Diary:
We hand-picked healthy and ripe grapes of the Pinot Noir variety into small crates on October 1, 2022, at a sugar content of 24 °NM. The vinification took place in a 3500l wooden vinifier. Bacteria for malolactic fermentation were applied to the wine. After its completion, we transferred the wine to age in a 1000 l barrel and in 300 l barrels designated for aging Pinot Noir, which impart fruitiness and elegance. It rested in these barrels for 18 months. The wine then waited, unified in a stainless steel container, for the bottling date.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 14 - 16 °C in Bordeaux-type red wine glasses with a volume of 550 – 650 ml
