Riesling Vlašský Zobor SUNSET 2024
Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes from under Zobor were carefully processed after hand harvesting, and we obtained a must that we fermented with proven yeasts that fully express the terroir of the vineyard. After fermentation, we let the wine mature on fine lees in stainless steel containers for 6 months. After gentle clarification, we bottled it and allowed it another year to achieve perfect bottle maturity.
Wine Service:
At a temperature of 8 – 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml
Food Pairing Recommendation:
Grilled turkey meat – Baked trout – Creamy risotto.
