Semillon SUNSET 2022
Winemaker's Diary:
The grapes for this wine were harvested in our vineyard Sari on October 3, 2022. The sugar content of the grapes at harvest was at the level of 22 °NM. After processing the grapes and fermenting the must, the wine was racked off the lees and subsequently transferred to barrels. The 300l oak barrels provided a home for the Semillon for another 10 months of life. During its stay in them, the wine was regularly monitored and topped up. Over time, the wine was drawn from the barrels, clarified, filtered, and finally, after more than a year, it was bottled.
Wine Service:
at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C in slightly closed tulip glasses with a volume of 450 – 500 ml
