Story of Tea Production

The herbs were hand-picked in the area of our vineyards and were supplemented with herbs grown in local gardens from seeds that we collect in the forest or in the fields. The herbs were then naturally dried during hot summer days to preserve their characteristic color, flavor, and vitamins.

Preparation

To enjoy it to the fullest, we recommend the following preparation:

For a 200 ml cup, you will need 2-5 grams of tea. Pour boiling water over the tea. This serves to quickly soak into the herbs and extract vitamins and minerals from them. For an even more intense brew, cover the cup and let it steep for 5 minutes. This way, the essential oils in the herbs will not evaporate with the steam. After steeping the tea, you may notice an oily film floating on the surface of the tea, which is not harmful to the body, but rather the opposite.

As a final step, we recommend sweetening the tea with our homemade honey from the vineyard. It pairs perfectly with the tea.
