Pork (Origin: 100% Portuguese) (91%), water, salt, paprika paste, garlic. Stuffed in natural casing. Smoked with oak wood. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Color - Reddish
Aroma - Pleasant and active.
Flavor - Pleasant and intense. With a mild smoky flavor.
Texture - Slightly fibrous.
