Marrying these pieces of nut or sub-nut from our Southwest veal with a marinade featuring powerful, tangy, and fresh notes creates the ideal compromise between tenderness and generosity worthy of your winter meals. To enhance these dishes and successfully cook your veal steaks with girolles, we recommend placing them in a hot pan for about 2 to 4 minutes on each side. In consideration of environmental respect, we do not use palm oil in our marinades.
