Each piece is precisely cut by our butchers in our workshop, then delivered while respecting the cold chain. Butcher's tip: prefer gentle cooking over medium heat. Avoid direct flames from the barbecue that could alter the delicacy of the intramuscular fat. After resting off the heat, let the meat express itself simply, without sauce, with a pinch of salt.
