He prepares it for us using the \u003cstrong\u003etraditional method\u003c\/strong\u003e – marinated \u003cstrong\u003eonly in\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003ekitchen salt\u003c\/strong\u003e, (2) without any additional ingredients. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter smoking, we \u003cstrong\u003ecut the bacon into small cubes\u003c\/strong\u003e and \u003cstrong\u003erender it\u003c\/strong\u003e (3) in a pot until the pieces are crispy and golden. Then we add onion (4), garlic, vinegar, sugar, coffee, \u003cstrong\u003ewalnut paste (5)\u003c\/strong\u003e, and other ingredients. We cook everything until the flavors \u003cstrong\u003eblend beautifully\u003c\/strong\u003e (6) and the mixture achieves the ideal consistency (7). Finally, we \u003cstrong\u003epack it into jars and preserve it\u003c\/strong\u003e.
