These boneless chicken thighs with girolle cream will delight your palate in no time, introducing you to unique flavors. Their format will enhance their flavors and aromas after cooking. Choosing a marinade that combines cream and girolles is a gourmet choice that our butchers love to apply to light meats. The fruity notes and woody aromas offer our chicken a bold variation. These boneless chicken thighs with girolle cream are made from chicken sourced directly from quality French poultry, prepared by our butchers and sliced into thin pieces. Their thin formats and skins are two essential assets for cooking in both winter and summer. Place these girolle cream chicken thighs in a pan, let them brown, and serve them with brown rice for a complete dish. Butcher's tip: Cook your boneless chicken thighs with girolle cream at 180 °C for 35 to 40 minutes in the oven, or in a pan over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes. Baste them regularly for tender meat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving to enhance the creamy sauce and girolle aromas.
