Our cherry balsamic is created by carefully combining aged wine vinegar with natural juice from high-quality cherries. The result is a delicate, velvety fruit balsamic with a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity.
The full flavor of cherries is enhanced by the tradition and care we dedicate to every step of the production process — from selecting the fruit to the final aging. This balsamic vinegar is a bold yet elegant flavor ingredient that adds character to any dish.
