The Discovery Box – Beef Picanhas highlights one of the most iconic cuts in the meat world, appreciated for its juiciness, generous marbling, and spectacular cooking. Whether on the barbecue, using indirect heat, or simply roasted, picanha offers a perfect balance between tenderness and aromatic power. In this box, Maison Lascours has selected three prestigious breeds to vary the pleasures and discover different expressions of this noble cut. Box Composition: Argentine Beef Picanha - 1 kg Black Angus Beef Picanha - 1 kg Sliced Wagyu Beef Picanha - 500 g Butcher's Tip: Take the meats out 45 minutes before cooking, lightly score the fat of the picanha in a crosshatch pattern, and start cooking with the fat side down to let it melt slowly. When slicing, be sure to cut perpendicular to the fibers to preserve the tenderness and reveal the full character of each breed.
