The earliest variety is Čačanská and the latest are Stanley and Anna Späth.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEach variety is fermented separately, distilled separately, but in the cellar, we blend them together and let them mature for 8 to 12 months in stainless steel tanks. This results in a unique cuvée with no competition in taste and aroma.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOur recommended serving and storage temperature is between 10 and 18 °C. At temperatures below approximately 7 °C, there may be a slight cloudiness due to the precipitation of aromatic oils. There is no reason to chill our distillates or even freeze them. We actually drink it for those amazing and laboriously obtained aromatic oils.
