Peñas Blancas is located in the mountainous area of Acevedo in the department of Huila, one of the significant Colombian regions for specialty coffee. The project Peñas Blancas is led by producers Néstor Lasso and Jhoan Vergara. It is not just a classic farm – Peñas Blancas also operates as a processing center that brings together the production of smaller growers and provides them with more modern processing and quality control.
