Pureed yellow tomatoes come from the sunny south of Italy – the Puglia region, where tomatoes are grown traditionally and processed on the same day they are harvested.

This tomato passata:

• is not made from concentrate

Yellow tomatoes have a milder, less acidic flavor profile than classic red tomatoes. This makes them ideal for light sauces, delicate ragù, or modern cuisine.
