Winemaker's Diary:
We harvested gradually, focusing on the optimal ripeness of each variety. Merlot was first, full of juicy fruit, followed by Cabernet Franc with beautiful aromatics, and finally Cabernet Sauvignon, which brought tannin and structure to the entire cuvée. Each variety fermented separately to preserve its own character. After fermentation, we let the wines rest and then blended them into the final cuvée. The result immediately convinced us – elegance, harmony, and freshness of the 2023 vintage.
Wine Service:
at a temperature of 15 - 17 °C after decanting from a carafe in "bordeaux" shaped glasses with a volume of 550 – 650 ml.
