How does the ordering process work?
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Replying to this message, please send us the requested photo and text. The actual production usually takes 2–3 working days from the approval of the design.
What photo should you choose?
Ideally, select a sharp and well-lit photo where the faces are clearly visible. We will remove the figure or figures from the original background, eliminate distracting elements, and adjust the photo for engraving.
Order Information
The personalized box is made to order, so it cannot be sent cash on delivery. The box is made of pine wood. The dimensions of the box are 36 × 20 × 10 cm. The grain and shade of the wood may vary slightly. Each box is therefore unique.
