Pure Balance is a thoughtful combination of two traditional green teas that complement each other.

Sencha (70%) brings a delicate freshness, a slightly grassy note, and a clean finish.

Chun Mee (30%) adds a light fullness, gentle astringency, and a rounder structure.

For Preparing Classic Tea

• 1 teaspoon per 250 ml of water

• Water temperature: 70–80 °C

• Steeping: 2–3 minutes

Do not pour boiling water – it would unnecessarily create bitterness.

For Preparing Kombucha

The blend is suitable as a standalone base or as part of a combination with black tea.

Recommendations:

• Steeping for 6–8 minutes

• Let cool below 30 °C before adding the starter
