For Preparing Classic Tea

1 teaspoon per 250 ml of water

Water temperature: 70–80 °C

Do not pour boiling water – it would unnecessarily create bitterness.
For Preparing Kombucha
The blend is suitable as a standalone base or as part of a combination with black tea.
