Hazelnuts
Our hazelnuts come from two sources, depending on the season, quality, and availability. The first source is hazelnuts from our favorite grower Konstantin in Greece, who supplies them along with other nuts he cultivates (peanuts, almonds, and pistachios). The second source is hazelnuts from Georgia, which we have included in our offer due to their quality. We purchase both types in raw form and then roast them ourselves according to our own recipe, which does not require roasting with the use of fats, but hot air is completely sufficient. We roast the hazelnuts in their skins, preserving their typical flavor and all nutritional values.
