Our insole does not have plantar reliefs or wedges, so under the sole of the foot, you will not have higher or lower parts. At the heel, it is about 1.5cm thick, and at the forefoot, it is 3mm. You can use it to replace the insole inside our shoes or to make other shoes you have in your closet soft and comfortable.
