It deliciously blends with the flavor of morning oatmeal, on pancakes, toasted bread, or just by the spoonful, satisfying your sweet cravings, adding healthy superfoods to your meal, and delighting your taste buds. It also tastes great mixed into protein or smoothie drinks and is a rich source of healthy fats, specifically omega fatty acids, which are important not only for brain function but also for the balance of metabolic processes in our body (energy production for every cell). The body cannot produce them on its own (these are called essential fatty acids), so it is necessary to obtain them from quality food.
