In collaboration with Yummy Paleo we created a small dessert where the natural sweetness of dates meets a creamy filling of cashew nuts, a strong lemon, and a pinch of turmeric that gives it a beautiful color. The refreshing citrus flavor is provided by freeze-dried lemon and lemon essential oil. The result is a perfectly sweet and sour combination complemented by intense dark chocolate.
