These are 100% monovarietal, grown and harvested in their own olive grove and processed in the mill using the latest technologies.
At Palacio de los Olivos, they have been dedicated to agriculture for over 30 years. Their headquarters is located in the Campo de Calatrava region, in the village of Almagro, in the province of Ciudad Real, which has been a significant area for olive oil production since time immemorial.
The olive groves cover 280 hectares of volcanic soil, which is ideal for the growth of the Picual and Arbequina varieties. These were chosen for their strength, resilience, and excellent adaptability to the terrain, which gives their oil unique properties.
