The strawberry fruit spread is made according to our house recipe. We cook it quickly to preserve as much of the rich flavor of sun-ripened strawberries as possible. Due to the high fruit content, it is almost like fruit by the spoonful, with an intoxicating taste and aroma of ripe strawberries and very little added sugar.
In good company:
- indulgence for breakfast,
- an addition to desserts and aromatic cheeses.
Tip: Since it is preservative-free and has a lower sugar content, store it in the refrigerator after opening.
