Preparation Recommendations (for a 4.5 L batch)

• 35 g of blend

• Steeping: 8–10 minutes

• Water temperature: 90–95 °C

• Cool the infusion below 30 °C before adding the starter

Adaptation of the Fermentation Culture

The kombucha culture is gradually adapted to the Nikoleta-Maria tea blends, ensuring:

• stable fermentation

• predictable pH development

• balanced acidity

• clean and harmonious taste profile

When switching to another blend, stabilization may take 4–5 fermentation cycles.
